This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven individual with strong project coordination experience to contribute to the success of our New Kit Design (NKD) process and help drive new product releases from concept to production.
The Role
As the New Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end NKD process - from initial enquiry to product launch - ensuring timely releases that meet market demands. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the NKD process for UK and USA markets, from enquiry through to product release

• Supporting production planning to ensure necessary stock is available for launch
• Driving the pace of NKD to meet commercial deadlines
• Maintaining and sharing updated kit lists for regular marketing communications
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives on structure and progress - a confident and calm communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders across a manufacturing environment. You'll bring:
• Proven experience in project coordination or management
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competency in MS Office applications
• Education to A/S Level or equivalent and above
• A logical, solution-focused mindset
• The motivation to drive improvements and meet key deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to work across departments
Please note: Due to the location of the role, candidates must be able to commute to our Alfreton site reliably.
Want to be part of a fast-moving, innovative team making a real difference in people's lives?
We'd love to hear from you - apply now to take the next step in your career with Autochair.
