1. Work alongside our management team to grow the business
2. Know how to train and develop a team to deliver a memorable experience
3. Exhibit excellent communication skills and be an inspiring leader who leads by example
4. Be passionate about food, wine, and hospitality
5. Thrive under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
6. Have a minimum of 1 year experience working as an Assistant Manager
7. Be looking to progress into a senior management role in the next 1-2 years
8. Have experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
