TSR Legal is recruiting for a Industrial Disease Solicitor to join a leading law firm in South Wales. You will manage your own caseload of litigated claims, including noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) and hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), while assisting with more complex cases. The role will involve drafting strategy reports, legal advice, and pleadings, as well as negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.

• 2 plus years PQE .
