Job Description
RAYNER PERSONNEL seeks a New Homes Business Development Manager for Medway. You will drive new homes sales, liaise with builders and developers, and lead a team of site sales consultants to achieve ambitious targets.
You must be a proven new homes sales professional, resident in Kent, with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service. A full UK driving license is required; base salary up to £45k DOE with realistic earnings of £50k-£55k including commission.
