An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence partner with a leading regional practice based in their Cardiff office. This regional firm is known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The offices are now looking to hire at the senior level. The team are recognised for handling complex and high value clinical negligence cases, and quite often media sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a department / team within clinical negligence and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Manage your own caseload and handle your own clinical negligence claims, including high value and complex claims.
• Cover the broad spectrum of clinical negligence, including delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis, cancer claims, birth injuries to baby and mother, brain injury and fatal claims, and assist on higher value and complex claims.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 10+ PQE in clinical negligence.
• Experience leading a team / department and managing your own workload within clinical negligence.
