Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads and self-generated opportunities into new business.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies and attend client meetings.
• Conduct market research for competitive terms and ensure premiums are collected.
• Maintain accurate records and produce professional documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance market.
• Knowledge of motor trade insurance is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ambitious mind set and positive approach are essential.

Additional Information

This role is based in Maidstone, ideally working onsite three days a week, with occasional travel for client visits.
