The Opportunity

A respected and expanding regional law firm is seeking an experienced New Build Property Conveyancer to join its growing residential property team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied caseload within a supportive, modern, and client-focused environment.

You will manage new build files from instruction through to completion, working with autonomy while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of new build purchases and related transactions, including part-exchanges and associated sales.
• Handle a range of matters such as freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, right-to-buy, and lease extensions.
• Provide clear, practical advice while maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Work efficiently to achieve performance, service, and billing objectives.
• Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including face-to-face, telephone, and digital platforms.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, or an experienced Conveyancer with strong new build experience.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Solid technical knowledge across residential property and new build work.
• Commercially minded, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
