Job Description
The Oakleaf Group is seeking a part-time Physical Health Assistant at Hartwell, Northampton, to support the Neuro Rehabilitation Service. You will monitor physical health, coordinate GP and hospital appointments, manage administration and health promotion activities, and work alongside nurses, therapists, and the wider team to ensure timely access to care for service users.
Applicants should have GCSEs in English and Maths, and experience in health or social care.
