Network Installation Engineer - Must have an Active DV Clearance

We're looking for an experienced Network Installation Engineer to support delivery within the secure Defence and National Security sector. You'll work across a variety of environments and take responsibility for implementing, configuring and supporting secure network infrastructure.

You'll be joining a technically capable team and playing a key part in the full delivery lifecycle, from surveys and designs to implementation, support and service handover.

Key responsibilities:

Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements
Carry out site surveys and support physical network design
Produce logical network designs, Bill of Materials, Build Guides and Work Instructions
Configure and implement both physical and virtual networking solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide 3rd line fault resolution
Support live implementations and contribute to successful handover into service
Update network configuration documentation and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders and customers

Essential skills and experience:

Strong knowledge of WAN connectivity and routing protocols
Experience with Juniper and Catapan configuration, design and support
Ability to deliver network designs, including survey planning and design approvals
Familiarity with producing full logical designs and supporting documentation
Solid hands-on experience with network implementation and troubleshooting
Proven 3rd line support experience in secure or complex environments
Confident communicator, comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
