NetSuite Systems Accountant

Location: London, 2 days a week onsite

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 p.a (based on experience)

Our London-based Biotech client is looking for a Systems Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customization, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports.
2. Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including saved searches and reports.
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
4. Ensure best practices are applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective.
5. Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) and business processes.
6. Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams.
7. Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap.
8. Exposure to inventory, supply chain, and warehouse.
9. Experience communicating with third-party vendors.

Experience:

1. Qualified or part-qualified accountant (or through experience).
2. 3+ years of NetSuite experience.
3. Strong core financials (O2C, P2P, O2C).
4. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM).
5. Experience with saved searches, customization, reporting, and dashboards.
6. Strong integration and automation skills.
7. Experience working in a global organization and across different finance functions.
8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
