Job Title: .NET Operate/Support Lead

Location: Poland - Remote

Language: French (B2+ level)

Duration: 6-12 months = further extensions (B2B)

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Operate/Support Lead to manage and support application services. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, stakeholder communication, and service delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Incidents, Service Requests, Changes, Problems, and Preventive/Corrective actions.
• Lead and guide the Operate team (technical/process support).
• Coordinate with vendors on application issues and upgrades.
• Monitor and report on SLAs/KPIs for support services.
• Communicate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders in French.
• Provide inputs for major incident communication.
• Identify and implement service improvements.
• Handle escalations and manage risk.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans are in place.
• Conduct regular service review reports (weekly/monthly).
• Collaborate with internal and third-party teams to manage application life cycle and upgrades.

Technical Skills:

• .NET Full Stack: C#, ASP.NET, SQL
• Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, CSS
