Neonatal Practice Facilitator (Band 7)

Location: Smethwick, Birmingham

Salary: £46,148- £52,809 per year

Employment: Permanent

Hrs: 14.5 hours per week

Are you passionate about neonatal care and committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals? We are seeking a Neonatal Practice Facilitator to support education, training, and development within neonatal services, ensuring excellence in patient care and staff learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate neonatal education and professional development
  • Provide clinical support and supervision to staff
  • Ensure competency assessments and high-quality training programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance neonatal care standards

Requirements:

  • Teaching & mentoring qualification and relevant experience
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staff training
  • Significant experience in neonatal nursing, with a strong background in education and training
  • Passionate about education and professional development
  • Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
