Neighbourhood Services Coordinator needed in Kensington

The rate is £23.20ph PAYE

The successful candidate will deliver outstanding services to residents living in owned/ managed properties and embed a culture of a resident first approach.

They will be responsible for housing management case work on a dedicated patch and ensure that as a neighbourhood officer, they are accessible to residents and other agencies/teams and will identify and assist tenants that are struggling to maintain their home or who are suspected of being subjected to abuse, neglect or other safeguarding matters within their home.
