You'll liaise with other departments to identify and agree priorities for improvements; ensuring the team works collaboratively with other teams, residents groups and external partners.With your experience of team management, you'll be an expert at motivating others and building relationships across the business. You'll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability in influencing and negotiating.
