Champion Safe, Thriving Communities: Neighbourhood Officer (MMR) Temporary at Kingdom GroupWe are recruiting a Neighbourhood Officer to join ourMid MarketRent (MMR) Neighbourhood Team. This is your chance to deliver a high quality, customer-focused housing management service, supporting our MMR customers to enjoy safe, well-managed homes and communities.
You will join a team where you are trusted to manage a varied caseload, working closely with colleagues, partneragenciesand customers to keep neighbourhoods safe and tenancies sustainable.

The RoleAs a Neighbourhood Officer, you will:
- Provide a customer-focused housing management service, responding to enquiries and attending customer engagement events to understand needs and expectations.
- Manage,investigateand resolve housing management cases, including anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, hoarding and neighbour disputes, escalating to legal action whererequired.
- Act as an advocate for vulnerable and at-risk customers,raising welfare and safeguarding concernsand connecting people with the right support.
- Take a proactive approach to debt management and income recovery, providing benefits guidance and signposting customers to further support.
- Manage lettings and allocations for MMR and social housing properties, from advertising and viewings through to post-allocation visits and tenancy deposit administration.

We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an HNC-level qualification in a relevant discipline, an equivalent Housing qualification, or equivalent experience, with at least two years in a similar customer-focused role.
- Has strong digital skills and a genuine commitment to continuous professional development.
- Handles sensitive and emotive issues, and challenging behaviour, with compassion and professionalism.
- Communicates confidently with a wide range of customers,colleaguesand partner agencies.
- Has a working knowledge of relevant housing legislation, Universal Credit and other benefits, and data protection requirements.
