Neighbourhood Officer

To deal with or escalate all breaches of tenancy regulations in a timely manner and in line with thresholds and procedures, including Anti-Social Behaviour, using support or enforcement interventions and services as required.
Responsible for the day-to-day patch-based void management of properties and working with partners and teams to ensure properties are let as soon as possible to achieve key performance targets.
Experience of social housing, including estate management, tenancy management, or community safety-related work.
Hybrid working - 3 days a week. Basic DBS required.
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
You must have:
Enhanced DBS/Update service.
References required for the last 5 years of employment.
