Neighbourhood Housing Officer - Tenancy & Inspections

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Housing Officer in Paddington, London, to deliver tenancy and neighbourhood management on a full-time, 37-hour week. This temporary position lasts initially 3 months with potential extension.

You will handle face-to-face tenancy management, support vulnerable customers, manage breaches, and work with partners to sustain tenancies, inspections, and multi-agency engagements.

A valid UK driving licence is required.
