Nearshore Service Now -CMDB Developer

Nearshore Service Now -CMDB Developer vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop integrations (ServiceNow Integration Hub) from external systems with Asset and CI information for the Enterprise CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Implement ServiceNow CMDB, including Discovery, IntegrationHub, Transform Maps, and Reconciliation.
• Utilise Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and automation within ServiceNow.
• Manage data migrations (eg, via Import Sets, APIs, ETL tools) from Legacy systems and external source systems.
• Conduct error analysis and performance optimisation for integration and data loading processes.
• Understand CI data modelling and relationship management to ensure data quality and completeness.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Solid experience in ServiceNow CMDB implementation, including discovery, Integration Hub, transform maps, and reconciliation.
• Strong Scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Experience with data migration tools and processes.
• Knowledge of CI data modelling and relationship management.
• Language skills: English fluent,German is a nice to have
