Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site workshop operations, driving performance, safety, and efficiency
• Oversee fleet maintenance, availability, and compliance across all depots
• Deliver KPI performance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in plant hire or heavy equipment operations
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing multi-site teams
• Driving licence and own car

Desirable

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
• Experience with ERP systems or plant hire software
