National Transport Planning Lead

MVP Search and Selection Swindon is recruiting a National Planning Manager to lead a developing national planning function for a major logistics operator. You will steer the shift from site-led to centralised planning, driving network efficiency and performance across the country.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will mentor a central team, optimise vehicle utilisation, oversee the implementation of TMS and planning technology, and use data to improve service levels and profitability.
