National Technical Training Manager - Food Manufacturing

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Technical Training Manager to lead our technical learning and development across the UK network. You'll drive the strategy, develop materials, and deliver training on food safety, quality and compliance, both in person and virtually.

You will start focusing on Middlesbrough sites with significant travel across the UK, ensuring alignment with retailer standards and legislation while building a culture of continuous improvement.
