National Supply Chain Manager

Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions to help streamline Amazon's supply chain operations in Australia?

Amazon Australia is seeking a Senior Leader with a proven delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative supply chain models to enhance customer satisfaction at the lowest possible costs.
2. Collaborating across various functional stakeholders to develop process improvements and achieve key metrics.
3. Working with business teams to define requirements, develop high-level process/system solutions, and manage project timelines for software and field operations teams.
4. Communicating regularly with senior management regarding project status, risks, and changes. Strong coordination, project management, and presentation skills are essential.

Needed Skills and Abilities:

• Influencing without authority: Ability to identify opportunities and persuade stakeholders using data and effective communication.
• Building and developing a strong team: Experience leading teams, developing direct reports, and delivering valuable projects.
• Strong communication skills: Capable of conveying expectations clearly to both business and technical teams and writing data-driven proposals.
• Problem-solving: Demonstrating exceptional ability to structure ambiguous situations and utilize data analysis for solutions.
• Delivering results: Successfully managing end-to-end complex projects within tight timelines.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing repeatable processes, automation, or standardization.
