National Small Works Manager - Projects & Delivery

Options Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a proactive Small Works Manager to oversee UK-wide facilities maintenance and refurbishment projects, with travel across the country.

You will manage the full lifecycle of small works, coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and plant to deliver on time and within budget. The role requires at least 3 years in facilities maintenance or construction small works, with strong planning, organisation and client-relationship skills.
