National Sales Manager - Kitchens Manufacturer Role JobNational Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager (South East)
Location: South East England - covering London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berks, Bucks, Beds, Northants, Herts, Cambs, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 basic
OTE: £65K+ (personal bonus + team bonus)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially astute individual to join a high-performing kitchen product manufacturer in a dual-role capacity:
60% Area Sales Manager: Inherit the company's top-performing region in the UK, managing key retail, online, merchant and OEM accounts.
40% National Sales Manager: Lead and mentor a team of 4 experienced Area Sales Managers (combined turnover approx. £9 million), managing KPIs, coaching, team recruitment, and performance reviews.
The product range includes high-quality kitchen products and associated accessories. Routes to market include national and independent retailers, merchants, online platforms, and OEMs.
This is a pivotal role offering a clear progression path to Sales Director within 3-4 years, with full mentorship from the current Sales Director, who plans to step aside in the medium term.

PersonWe're looking for a high-quality KBB professional with:
Proven experience managing a field-based sales team (or the natural ability to step into such a role)
Background in kitchen, bathroom, or interior building products.
A strong commercial mindset, leadership qualities, and confidence in managing people, processes, and strategy
A desire to grow into a senior leadership role in the next 3-4 years
