They are now seeking a high performing Sales Manager to own and drive commercial growth across the UK Food & Beverage and Transport verticals.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own and execute a national go to market strategy across the Food & Beverage and Transport sectors
  • Drive new project acquisition alongside repeat and specification led business
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned to growth, EBIT and profitability targets
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with consultants, HVAC specifiers, contractors and end users
  • Deliver technically led, energy efficient solutions that solve operational and lifecycle challenges
  • Present and negotiate high value technical proposals at senior stakeholder level
  • Influence decision makers from site engineers through to board level
  • Promote innovation, service excellence and total lifecycle value to maintain competitive advantage
What We're Looking For:
  • HVAC experience is essential, particularly within Plate Heat Exchangers, Chillers, AHUs, Commercial Heat Pumps, Adiabatic or Evaporative Cooling
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, heat transfer, free cooling and applied thermal systems
  • Strong network in the F&B, commercial and industrial markets including end users, consultants, contractors, and specifiers or familiar with similar stakeholders.
  • A hunter's instinct paired with a strategic mindset. Proactive, solution focused and commercially astute.
  • The credibility and confidence to represent a premium brand at senior levels
  • Flexibility to travel nationally, with face to face engagement seen as a key part of success
