National Safeguarding Lead - Strategic Case Oversight

A national aquatic organization based in Loughborough is seeking a confident Safeguarding Manager to lead safeguarding operations. The ideal candidate should have management-level safeguarding experience and excellent knowledge of safeguarding legislation. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence and support a values-led approach across the organization. This role is full-time, primarily onsite, and focused on nurturing a positive safeguarding culture throughout the sport.
