National Retail Account Manager

Reporting directly to the co-founders, the Retail Account Manager will take ownership of relationships with key UK retail partners (including Boots, Selfridges, H Beauty, and Sainsbury's).
This role involves working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and NPD to ensure strong in-store brand presence, timely delivery, and high-impact sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially-savvy professional, with experience in haircare, beauty or wellness sectors ready to take their next step up into a manager position.
- Manage and nurture relationships with leading retail partners to deliver commercial success
- Collaborate on sales strategies, promotions, activations and performance targets
- Ensure seamless order fulfilment in partnership with the logistics team
- Align marketing and in-store activity to brand positioning and customer journey
- Support launch strategies for new products tailored to retailer needs
- Prepare and analyse sales, stock, and competitor reports on a weekly/monthly basis
- Strong experience managing UK retail accounts, ideally in beauty, haircare, or wellness
- Commercial acumen with the ability to influence sales outcomes
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a wider, fast-paced team
