National Field Lead

As our National Field Lead, you'll head up Samsung UK's retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you'll set the strategic direction, oversee a large multi site team, and deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the UK field strategy in line with business goals.
• Inspire, coach, and develop senior managers, driving accountability and performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Lead major projects, product launches, and go to market initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through strong governance and reporting.
• Champion our values, fostering a high performance, collaborative culture.
• Use data driven insights to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, national multi site retail teams and operations.
• Proven track record of inspiring and developing high performing teams.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive growth through data and insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, confident at all levels.
• Resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management.
• Experience in field retail (ideally within tech) or transferable skills from similar sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
