A leading plant services company is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Manager for their South Wales team. This role focuses on managing commercial activities within the workshop, driving performance improvement while ensuring quality and cost discipline across operations. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth asset knowledge, superior communication skills, and a proactive safety approach. You will work closely with the workshop & maintenance team and report to the Asset Director, with occasional travel to client sites nationwide.
