Job Description
Andros is a family-owned company based in south west France with a turnover of over 2.5 billion Euros. It is a leading European fruit transformation and chilled dairy producer manufacturing the internationally famous brand Bonne Maman, as well as many private label products.
Due to growth within the company, we are looking for a National Account Manager for our office based in Hammersmith.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate account strategies that will exceed all objectives.
- Add value to and be a harmonious part of an excellent team.
- Understand and use all Commercial Processes to effectively manage day-to-day tasks.
- Core examples are range, distribution, space, Cost Prices, Promotional plans, in-store and digital execution, commercial administration.
- Overall responsibility for all agreed Customer Projects to ensure that we continually exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships to ensure your customers get the necessary focus.
- Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, additional promotional space, and where necessary, price increases.
- Interrogate ongoing performance, deliver clear insights, and implement necessary actions to influence change.
- Ensure accurate internal communication to the supply team regarding promotions and changes to distribution, and keep customer files up to date.
- Work cross-functionally with Andros UK departments and develop a strong product knowledge.
Skills required:
- Experience working with brands or Own Label will be considered; having both is preferable.
- Understands and takes ownership of delivering objectives.
- Ability to effectively network across all customer departments, being seen as part of their team, whilst working for Andros.
- Ability to build positive internal relationships, uniting resources to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to sell and win new business through quantified features and benefits.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Financial and commercial understanding, with curiosity to interpret performance and recommend actions.
- Organizational skills to prioritize and work efficiently within deadlines.
- Ability to bring customer messages and insights into the business for course correction and planning.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Minimum of 2 years' national account experience managing major UK retailers.
