Job Description

Role Purpose:

Deliver sustainable, profitable new business within the travel channel. Develop and nurture key contacts across the customer base and engage internal cross-functional teams to help deliver the channel strategy.

Key Activities:

Customer Profitability:

  • Net Sales, investment, and customer profitability responsibility across all Danone categories.
  • Delivering annual, quarterly, and monthly channel targets to drive profitable growth for both Danone and our customers.
  • Executing profitable growth strategies through yearly Joint Business Plans.

Execution:

  • Ensuring flawless execution of plans and activations throughout the year.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor ground activities and identify opportunities.

Promotional, Investment, and Price Management:

  • Managing promotional and pricing plans aligned internally.
  • Reviewing ROI and adjusting plans accordingly.
  • Supporting the development and execution of channel-specific plans.
  • Identifying and realizing new business opportunities aligned with channel strategy to unlock value.
  • Delivering internal and external P&L targets.
  • Collaborating with supply chain to anticipate challenges and ensure clear communication to maximize business continuity.

  • Negotiation & Planning: Preparing and delivering structured JBPs with clear negotiation strategies.
