YOUR NEXT R OLE : Store Manager NARS - Stratford Boutique, Westfield London (37.5 Hours over 5 Days per Week, Permanent Contract)The Store Manager is accountable for leading and developing a high performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with NARS' brand values. They are responsible for driving sales and exceeding KPIs through strategic planning and performance management. The role oversees daily store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance, while acting as a brand ambassador to promote creativity and self expression. The Store Manager collaborates with Area Managers and Head Office to report on performance and execute commercial strategies effectively.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Team Leadership : Recruit, coach, and develop a high performing team of artists and advisors.
- Sales & KPIs : Maximise sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to exceed targets.
- Customer Experience : Ensure every client receives premium service aligned with NARS' artistry and brand values.
- Operations Management : Oversee daily operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Brand Representation : Act as a brand ambassador, promoting NARS' philosophy of creativity, self expression, and high fashion.
- Reporting & Strategy : Collaborate with Area Managers and HQ to report performance and execute business plans.

- Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
