What You'll Be Doing Owning a portfolio of Poland's top banking and insurance institutions - not managing it, owning it Building and executing account strategies that go way beyond pipeline hygiene - think multi-year transformation roadmaps Leading high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital, Risk, and Distribution Positioning Salesforce's full platform - Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and AI - as the answer to real business problems: growth, cost efficiency, regulatory pressure, and customer experience Orchestrating world-class internal teams (Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, Partners) to win big Landing, expanding, and growing accounts at scale - with pipeline that's real, qualified, and predictable What You Bring 10+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales - with a track record of 7-figure+ deals Proven experience selling into banking and/or insurance in Poland (this one's non-negotiable) Confidence operating at C-level - you challenge thinking, reframe problems, and hold your ground A deep understanding of what keeps financial institutions up at night: legacy transformation, regulation, digital channels, cost pressure High ownership mindset - you don't wait for resources, you pull them in Fluency in Polish and English Even better if you have: Experience with platform sales (CRM, data, cloud, AI) An existing network within Polish financial institutions The ability to spot an opportunity inside an RFP - not just respond to one What Success Looks Like Here Why Salesforce We're the global in CRM, Data, and AI - and in Poland's financial services market, our brand opens doors.
