Das erwartet dich bei uns:

Als Nachtportier bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson während der Nachtstunden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hotelbetrieb. Du gewährleistest die Sicherheit im Haus, kümmerst dich um die Anliegen unserer Gäste und bereitest alles optimal für den nächsten Tag vor. Dabei arbeitest du selbstständig, aber immer eingebettet in ein professionelles Team.

Aufgaben

Looking after and being the point of contact for our guests during the night

Late arrivals (late check-ins) as well as early departures (early check-outs)

Carrying out daily closings and preparations for the next day

Patrols to ensure peace, order, and security throughout the hotel

Handling guest requests as well as telephone inquiries

Supporting administrative tasks at the reception

Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Profil

Ideally experience at the reception or in night service within the hotel industry

Sense of responsibility, reliability, and an independent working style

Calm, professional demeanor even in unexpected situations

Enjoyment in dealing with guests and a strong service orientation

Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with hotel software (e.g. Protel) is an advantage
