Job Title: Music Teacher (Part-Time) Location: Brent, London Working Days: Monday to Wednesday Salary: Paid to scale, dependent on experience Age Range: Primary, EYFS to Year 6

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join our team in Brent on a part-time basis (Monday-Wednesday). The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging music lessons, helping them develop musical skills, creativity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons to students across relevant key stages.
• Encourage participation in a variety of musical activities including singing, instrumental performance, and composition.
• Support students of different abilities to develop their musical understanding and performance skills.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
• Contribute to school performances, concerts, and extracurricular music activities where appropriate.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching music in a school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for music education.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
