Job Description
Overview 
If you are looking for a busy PA role where no two days are the same then this is a fantastic role for you.
Based in gorgeous offices in the West End, this Private Equity Firm needs you to undertake a variety of tasks such as:
Responsibilities- Managing complex diaries
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Act as a gatekeeper for incoming calls and emails
- Support the planning and coordination of team meetings, client events and team social events
- Meet and greet clients for meetings and setting up all meeting rooms
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a professional services or finance environment (not essential but desirable).
- Experience of supporting multiple senior team members concurrently.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
