Job Description
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on engineering systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system updates.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
  • Respond promptly to engineering-related emergencies or breakdowns.
  • Provide technical expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
The Successful Applicant
  • A strong background in both mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within the property or engineering & manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an engineering environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
What's on Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £50000 per annum.
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm, 2.30pm finish on Friday.
  • Must be flexible to cover nights when required, 11pm-7am
