Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician

Location: Grantham

Salary: up to £26 per hour basic, plus time saved bonus based on efficiencies (OTE £60k+)

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work across all bodyshop disciplines, including panel beating, paint spraying, and MET.
• Apply Thatcham methods and other insurance bodyshop techniques.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
• Support a team of technicians and ensure a timely workflow.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified or significant time served in all bodyshop repair disciplines.
• Experienced in panel beating, paint spraying, and MET.
• Knowledge of Thatcham methods and insurance bodyshop techniques preferable.
• Full UK/EU driving licence required.
• Excellent communication, team working and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
