Multisite NHS Receptionist - Front Desk & Admin

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Band 2 Receptionist to be based at the St Albans Health and Wellbeing Centre and Sandridge Gate Business Park, St Albans. The role covers Monday-Friday 9-5 or 8:30-4:30, with travel between centres in St Albans and occasional coverage in Watford for leave/sickness.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service and handling both face-to-face and telephone enquiries.
