Multisite Maintenance Lead - Hospitality & Estates

The Ivy Collection is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities operations across its multi-site estate in the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will lead maintenance engineers, manage budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate with contractors on refurbishments and openings.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to drive value through preventive and reactive works.
