Multichannel Customer Advisor - Seamless Support

PVH is seeking a Customer Services Advisor (Bank) to join the team at Hereford Hospital Bank on an ad-hoc basis. The role involves managing customer interactions across calls, emails, live chat and social media to keep the customer journey seamless.

You will work up to 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, with shifts to cover evenings as required. A pension scheme and discounted gym membership are available as part of the benefits package.
