Job Description

Aspire People are seeking a Lecturer in Multi Trades across South Wales. Start date September 2026. You will deliver high quality teaching, plan practical workshops, and assess learner progress, helping students gain qualifications and progress into employment.

The role requires current industry experience in construction or multi trade environments, a Level 3 qualification, and Level 2 English/Maths. A Level 4/5 teaching qualification is desirable; SEN/ALN experience is valued.
