• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, with a strong focus on painting and plastering
• Desirable experience in tiling and carpet fitting
• Good understanding of general building maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently managing multiple tasks
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures within construction environments
• Relevant qualifications in trades such as CSCS, NVQ, or equivalent are advantageous
