Multi Trader - Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter

Salary: £40,614 - £46,857

Location: Hounslow

Are you a Multi Trader with experience fitting kitchen and bathrooms within the social housing industry and have a full UK Drivers License?

The ideal Multi Trader can:
- Provide a high quality, customer and quality focused service, whilst delivering a range of multi-skilled works within void properties in Hounslow
- Carry out all aspects of general carpentry in tenants and client's premises, both internally and externally to a high level of workmanship.
- Install and repair basic plumbing systems and undertake general plumbing work to a high level of proficiency.
- Perform wet trades where necessary, including but not limited to tiling, plastering, decorating and other general domestic repairs within a social housing environment.
- Follow a PDA scheduling system in order to arrive and complete the correct works within a timely and efficient manner.
