Madisons Recruitment are looking for Multi Traders on behalf of a highly reputable construction and property services contractor in the London/Kent area. Our client are looking for high end multi traders which can do a range of works including, painting, FRA Remedial works such as installing intumescent strips, door closers, fire door lippings. They may also be required to undertake disrepair works to properties and remedial works to disabled adaptations.

Areas covered:SE London, SW London, DA postcodes, ME Postcodes and CT postcodes.

Potentially for temporary to permanent contract available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Snagging & repairs on social housing properties
• Remedial works
• Voids
• Plastering
• All round skills
• Painting & Decorating
• Drylining
• Carpentry

Requirements

• Can do attitude
• Experience and qualified in multiple areas
• Own transport
• Happy to travel toSE London, SW London, DA postcodes, ME Postcodes and CT postcodes
• Working hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm
