This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Houses team, focusing on work within void properties - helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities. This role covers areas such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Bourton on the water and Winchcombe.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
• A strong commitment to delivering high quality work
• A proactive, self motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team oriented attitude
• A full UK driving licence
• Flexibility with working hours and travel

Additional Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• A Basic DBS check required (we will arrange this)
• Relevant qualifications (original certificates required)
