Multi-Trade Operative - Social Housing Repairs (Reactive)

Sanctuary Group in Banbury area seeks a Multi-Trade Operative to join the Operations Response team. You will travel across Cherwell, carrying out reactive repairs in occupied social housing, from leaks to door fittings, with a company van and tools provided.

The role involves lone and team work, on-call duties, and flexible carpentry/plumbing tasks. Requires NVQ Level 2 in a core trade and a valid UK driving licence; WRAS/UNVENTED G3 may be required for plumbing.
