Multi-Skilled Plant Operator & Site Maintenance

Biffa Group in Oldbury is looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to operate mobile plant and support site operations. The role includes loading/unloading, housekeeping, basic maintenance, and record keeping in compliance with site licences and health and safety regulations.

You will work 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 06:00-16:00, with a pay rate of £13.41 per hour. The job emphasizes safe handling of equipment and effective coordination with site teams.
