MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. Location: Boston, Lincolnshire. Salary: £52,500. Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights).

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment. The site is highly automated and offers a great opportunity for engineers looking to develop their skills within a stable and growing business.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, supporting continuous improvement activities and ensuring site performance and reliability is maintained.

Sector - Factory Maintenance (FMCG)

Non-Negotiable Requirements
  • Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Multi-skilled engineer with either a electrical or mechanical bias.
Requirements
  • Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within a production environment.
  • Ability to fault find across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience working on automated or process machinery.
  • Understanding of maintenance systems (CMMS) and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement activities.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience within an FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working on conveyors, ovens, mixers or process equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
