A well-established, multi-site manufacturer is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a fully hands on role, working within a team to maintain and improve a modern, high volume production facility.

The Role - Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across the site, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous improvement of equipment.

Electrical Responsibilities

• Fault finding on a range of industrial equipment
• Working with drives, inverters, contactors, relays, overloads and pressure switches
• Siemens PLC fault finding (I/O level)
• Supporting and improving PPM systems
• Reactive maintenance across all production lines

Mechanical Responsibilities

• Working with bearings, gearboxes, rollers and motors
• Carrying out strip downs, rebuilds and fault finding
• Maintaining conveyors, crushers, screens and heavy plant machinery

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) - Electrical bias
• Strong background in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
• Confident fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
• Proactive and reliable team player
• Experience with PLCs and automated machinery desirable

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 basic salary
• OTE £60k+ via overtime
• Overtime rates: 1.5x, 2x Sundays, minimum 4 hour call out
